What happens after I send this?
A NovaCloud advisor calls you during business hours with Rand pricing and a recommended setup. Urgent? Call or WhatsApp and we pick up.
Is this only cloud backup?
No. We are a full IT provider: backup, hosted VoIP, South African VPS hosting, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and managed IT. Use the buttons at the top if you already know which one you want.
Where are servers and backups stored?
In South Africa. Hosting runs from a Tier III data centre. Backup copies stay in-country, which helps with POPIA.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We port 011, 021, 010 and other South African numbers onto the hosted phone system so callers still reach you.
Do you only serve Gauteng?
No. We support businesses across South Africa — including Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and everywhere in between. Setup and support are done remotely, with a South African team on the phone.
How quickly do you call back?

How long does setup take?
Most backup, Microsoft 365 and phone systems go live in a few days once we have access. A VPS can be ready the same day. Mixed or managed-IT rollouts are planned with you so staff are not disrupted.
Is there a minimum size of business?
No. We quote one-person offices through to 200+ user companies. Tell us how many people and sites you have — the form is enough to start.
What is included with VPS hosting?
A South African KVM server, a 20 GB boot disk, unlimited traffic, Linux or Windows, SSH or full desktop access, and a web console. From R134/mo. We can manage patching and security, or you can run it yourself.
Does Microsoft 365 already back up our email?
No. Microsoft’s recycle bin is not a backup. We license Microsoft 365 in Rand and can store a separate copy of email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams in South Africa.
Will phones stay up during loadshedding?
The hosted phone system sits in the cloud, not in an office box that dies when the power goes. Staff can take calls on mobiles or laptops with data or a UPS. Keep your existing number.
Can you take over our current IT?
Yes. We quote a handover of backup, phones, hosting, Microsoft 365 or the full helpdesk. You do not have to rip everything out on day one — we migrate in stages.
Can we mix services on one invoice?
Yes. Backup, phones, hosting and Microsoft 365 can sit with one South African team and one Rand invoice. Choose “A mix of services” in the form if that is what you need.
