Is the 30-day proof of concept really free?
Yes. Backup, phones, hosting, Wasabi, cybersecurity and managed IT run as a no-obligation 30-day POC on your own systems. Microsoft 365 is month-to-month without a POC. After the trial you stay month-to-month, or save if you commit to 12, 24 or 36 months.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month. You save if you commit to 12, 24 or 36 months. The longer the term, the better the rate — you are not forced into it.
What backup and security brands do you use?
Acronis for backup. N-able for monitoring. For cybersecurity we specialise in FortiGate, Bitdefender and Acronis — pick the stack that fits. You do not have to take all three.
How is Wasabi S3 billed?
Monthly per TB, in South African Rand, starting from R130 per TB. Month-to-month, or save on 12, 24 or 36 months. You are billed in ZAR so USD exchange rates do not affect your invoice.
Where are servers and backups stored?
In South Africa. Hosting runs from a Tier III data centre. Backup copies stay in-country, which helps with POPIA.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We port 011, 021, 010 and other South African numbers onto the hosted phone system so callers still reach you. Staff take calls in a browser, on a PC or on a mobile — at no extra cost.
Do staff need a desk phone?
No. Hosted business phones work on any device — browser, PC and mobile phones — at no additional cost. A desk phone is optional if you want one. Keep your existing number.
How are hosted phones billed?
From R55 per extension, month to month, billed in Rand. Save if you commit to 12, 24 or 36 months. Apps on a browser, PC or mobile are included at no extra cost.
Which areas do you service?
All of South Africa. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and towns in every province. Setup and support are done remotely, with a South African team on the phone. Head office is in Centurion.
How quickly do you call back?

How long does setup take?
Most backup, Microsoft 365 and phone systems go live in a few days once we have access. A VPS can be ready the same day. Mixed or managed-IT rollouts are planned with you so staff are not disrupted.
Is there a minimum size of business?
No. We quote one-person offices through to 200+ user companies. Tell us how many people and sites you have — the form is enough to start.
What is included with VPS hosting?
A South African KVM server, a 20 GB boot disk, unlimited traffic, Linux or Windows, SSH or full desktop access, and a web console. From R134/mo. We can manage patching and security, or you can run it yourself.
Does Microsoft 365 already back up our email?
No. Microsoft’s recycle bin is not a backup. We license Microsoft 365 in Rand and can store a separate copy of email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams in South Africa.
Will phones stay up during loadshedding?
The hosted phone system sits in the cloud, not in an office box that dies when the power goes. Staff take calls in a browser, on a PC or on a mobile at no extra cost, using data or a UPS. Keep your existing number.
Can you take over our current IT?
Yes. We quote a handover of backup, phones, hosting, Microsoft 365 or the full helpdesk. You do not have to rip everything out on day one — we migrate in stages.
Can we mix services on one invoice?
Yes. Backup, phones, hosting, Wasabi S3 and Microsoft 365 can sit with one South African team and one Rand invoice. Choose “A mix of services” in the form if that is what you need.
